AMES
King County’s Ames Lake is located about 2 miles west of the town of Carnation. It covers about 80 surface acres, reaches depths of about 28 feet and lies at an elevation of 240 feet. Fish species include rainbow trout and largemouth bass. This is a private lake with no public access. Try to get permission from a home owner to try this lake.
