I live 2 blocks away from Martha Lake, so i have the opportunity of fishing this lake very often. This year seems the lake has more fish.
I started fishing at 6:30 am and left about 9 am, with 20 fish landed and put back in the water every single fish, ranging from 7 to 14 inches. I was using a fly that i tied myself with green chartreuse and silver tinsel, i rather keep it secret because i always do well with this fly.
Please practice catch and release, i seen guys (old enough) keeping fish under 10 inches, why?
