We came at 7 AM and started a hundred yards from the boat ramp. We got some perch and trout and then biting stopped. So, my son and I went around the lake drilling every 10 yards. In some holes we caught one perch in others none. However, we found one hole where my son caught 18 fish and every fish was no less than 9 inch. I drilled four more holes around that hole and caught only one/two perch from every hole but no more. Then we went in search for another lucky hole. It took us a hour to find the hole where my son caught 11 or 12 perch and I caught 3 or 4 perch in the holes around it. after it we went back, closer to shore, where we got seven more trout and two sockers. We were using Swedish Pimples and night crawlers fishing 8-12 inch from the bottom.

What is the perch limit per person?

The limit is 25 perch per person. However, you don't need that much to eat. The perch is good size and usually two per person is enough. We fish just for sport/practice.
