Puyallup river

Postby Mikeel1987 » Thu Aug 02, 2012 7:21 pm

I see in the regs like every year that one part opens the 1st and the rest opens the 16th. Now I'm assuming that the part that is open is the upper part like behind fred meyers am I a corect? I'm only asking cuz its seems like they have it backwards shouldnt the lower river open first?

I thought it was to give the lower river a chance to fill up? They don't start netting till end of the month.

They aren't netting the lower river yet. The dates closed in the Reg Pamphlet for the lower river are for when they do net.
Tribal netting opens for Chinook Aug. 26 for 12 hours. Time to be set at a later date.

go down to the lake, cast a hook, and pull in the first fish that bites. Open its mouth and you'll find a coin.
