Missing Date Icon On Reports

I've noticed sometimes the little calendar icon is missing when you write a report. So you click to post, but it denies stating to enter date.

F5 refreshing does not bring up the icon. I have to go back through the steps of submitting a report again. This will usually bring the icon back to input the date.

I noticed that a couple times, like the first time I tried a report in the new format. Tried to type in the date and all, nuttin worked until I closed it down and tried again later. Since then I've been able to make it show by refreshing the page, which I usually do by clicking on the circle arrows thing at the top of the page instead of F5..

Yeah, it's a problem I'm aware of... but have yet to find the time to fix. I'll get it fixed soon enough.
