Ok ladies and gents, we have our first post. What do I win ?? Just joking.
This fish was caught today, 46-47 degree water. Caught on a small lake in the kent/auburn/black diamond area. Its not a super lunker lake or anything. I think we just hit it right.
This fish went 6lbs 15oz on my certified scale. Fish was caught on a Jig with craw trailer. Work it slow, and maybe you'll get bit this time of year. This is the earliest I think I ever got a big largie like this.
Earlier in the day I caught a 2lb 14oz too on a booyah jig and trailer. What a way to start the year, only one SM for me before these. Enjoy.

No I'm not done. You aren't going to believe this.. My girlfriend got a TOAD too. I'm so proud of her, her biggest before this was a 3.9.
This fish came on the same lake, after mine. Her fish went 6lb 2oz on certified scales and was caught on a Ghost Baits sweet beaver type. It as texas rigged with a pegged 1/8 oz weight. It was 21 inches long. Fish hit in about 5 feet of water, and took her under the dock like crazy. Glad to see she got her out. 10 lb Gamma line.

Its not the same fish thumleft

What a day !!

First of all very nice bass, but secondly maybe we could post comments about the pictures in the other topic so this one is pictures and descriptions only?

Thank you sir! It was quite the surprise! More importantly, we finally found a promising spot on this lake. I'm talking constant fish staging in one spot. The finder was going crazy everytime we doubled back. Silenced Shhh Sick bom
