No, not a contest. Just figured it would be sweet to start a thread where we could all throw a pic or two up of a fish we are proud of... There has been some talk about making a thread where we could all post some pictures of (trophy/personal best) fish in response to the Trophy Bass board, where current limits are in place for weights of bass that can be submitted to the thread.
Figured this could just be a fun thread where we could stick some pictures up of some of our fish...Any species, it doesn't matter. There isn't a lot of fish porn (fish pictures) on the forums here on WL.com so I figured we could have a little thread to show off some sweet pictures...

When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Hey, if everyone threw a picture or two (or more?? ) this could be a really sweet thread to browse through...We've already been blown away by the scenery pictures, so I have good reason to believe there are some sweet fish pics sitting around on someones hard drive... Let's try post a picture with every post. Just so we don't have a bunch of posts to sift through between the pictures...And to eliminate any side conversations and what not...Just trying to keep it on track. Thanks fellas and lets see what you have...

Here's a pic of my biggest smallmouth from last year. I caught it at Lake Stevens in mid August on a "sparkle fire tiger" wally diver. It weighed 12 lbs.
I cannot tell a lie... I estimate that it actually weighed between 4 and 5 lbs. It took forever to get this fish in the boat. I was using 8lb mono and this pig tried to wear out the drag on my reel!
