You can enter it on the Members tab, but you can't type anything.

Worked for me. Went in through members tab as Kzoo stated. I was able to enter text just fine.
When you think you know it all, its time to quit. Knowledge should be gained on every trip.

It works. Great idea. I like what the bass guys did with the planned chat. Very cool idea. I don't bass fish much, but I look forward to joining in on a few. Maybe put a permanent link up somewhere so we can always find it easily? Or is this thread stickied? I've yet to look.... I'm in it right now, anyone else joining? Edit: On a side note, great idea to have it open in a separate tab so you can have one tab with the WL.com forum and another with the chat so you can be in both at the same time. Good thinking there Aaron!

OK, so I had to download Java, which I did fine.. but when I see the chat area, it says I'm there but it won't let me lay down any text. Any special instructions? Of course just point the cursor on the blank paper and type, right? Anybody else have this problem?

While it IS working, it's not working as well as I would like. I think we'll eventually be using a different chat package. But for now... enjoy.

NiCe WoRk SiR.
Still needs a little work. When I was on it kevinb kept entering and leaving the room and he wasn't even online.
I hope it doesn't take anything away from the boards. But it will be a cool feature.

How about a set time for like a forum wide chat? Like an 8pm Monday night sorta deal. Could be fun to get a bunch of folks to hang around the chat room, BS and talk some fishing?
